Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure that uses very small needles to cause microinjuries to your skin, which also stimulates collagen production to help repair the injuries.
The Infini Radiofrequency System combines microneedling technology with fractional radiofrequency to stimulate collagen production, helping to decrease lines and wrinkles, treat acne scars, and improve skin sagging, tone, and texture.

What should I expect during a treatment?
We start your treatment by applying a topical anesthetic that stays on your skin for approximately 1 hour. Your practitioner will then use the Infini RF device to gently puncture or stamp your skin with the Infini radiofrequency’s gold-coated microneedles. This delivers radiofrequency energy to the dermis layer of your skin. You will feel a light pricking sensation when the needles enter your skin. The radiofrequency energy heats the deep layers of your skin to stimulate collagen production. The procedure allows energy to be delivered in a controlled and precise manner. The entire procedure takes 45 to 60 minutes to complete.
What should I Expect after my Infini RF Microneedling Treatment?
You may notice redness or discoloration or a rough feeling to your skin for 1 to 2 days after the procedure. Rarely, people experience mild bleeding or bruising at the treatment site. Most people can resume their regular makeup and skin care routine within 48 hours. We recommend avoiding physical exercise, spas/saunas, hot showers, and sun exposure for 24 to 72 hours following treatment. Makeup can be applied the following day, however products with active ingredients such as Retinol or Glycolic Acid should be avoided for at least 7 days.
Will I need more than one treatment?
A minimum of three treatments is typically recommended, with three to five being the most common. Your practitioner will likely space these procedures 4 to 6 weeks apart.
How long do results last?
Since it takes time to produce collagen, your full results will be visible at around 3 months. The stimulated collagen can last a few of years, in some cases a touch-up procedure is recommended after 12 to 18 months to maintain your results.
Who’s a candidate for Infini RF microneedling?
Infini RF microneedling is considered safe for all skin types. Additionally, it’s considered to be a good option for people with olive or darker skin, since the top layer of skin is not treated, reducing the risk of pigment changes.
This procedure is ideal for people experiencing mild to moderate skin sagging, fine lines and wrinkles, or looking to improve overall skin tone and texture. It is an excellent treatment option for acne scars.
What areas can be treated?
INFINI RF can be used on the face, neck, chest (décolleté) and hands.
Who is not a good candidate for Infini RF microneedling?
Infini is not suited for people with open or poor healing skin wounds or skin infections, people who had recent radiation treatment, people with a compromised immune systems, patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. We also cannot treat over active acne with the Infini RF.
